Bad Blogger...

Today, I was a bad blogger. I thought about blogging several times. I even came up with several topics that would work.  However, I just didn't. Mainly because, it's Sunday, and Sundays are taken up with church and church stuff. And of course, the required afternoon nap. Plus, I've been reading a new book.

So...as soon as I click post, I'm going back to my book.  Here's the question...

What are you reading.  Share in the comments and be entered to win stuff. You can check under the "contest" category for all the info.

Me, I'm reading A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas.  My oldest daughter got me started on the series. The first one is, A Court of Thorns and Roses. These are so good. I'd sit and read from start to finish if I could.  I wanted to read all night last night but had to be up early today. This is definitely a series you need to start with the first, but I highly, highly recommend them.

I just finished The Survivor's Club by Lisa Gardner. It was excellent. I have no self-control, so once I begin a good book, I have to read the whole thing in a couple days. So, I can't start a new one for a week or two. Too many things I can't put off while I am lost in a book this week.

I've got the next in the series but I'm going to have to wait a bit and recover from this one. :-) I'm thinking Friday when I don't have to adult in the morning.

There's a stack of five books by the computer I've read since the start of the holidays. This everyday blogging has stolen the time I need to write reviews.

Wow I thought I was the only one, and unlike you I did not blog yesterday. This blogging for thirty one days is hard. Coming up with ideas each day is proving to be onerous. I will stick it out though, but am looking forward to next month when I can write once a week. As to what I am reading, The Invisible Library (the author escapes me right now and the book is upstairs). I am also finishing up Writing Down the Bones by Natalie Goldberg.

Yeah, the everyday thing is difficult. But the writing prompts from the emails help if I need an idea. I'll definitely be cutting back on frequency next month. :-)

I'm reading Diana Gabaldon's Written in My Own Heart's Blood. Had it for a long time, but am so busy I haven't finished it. Love her series. Naps are always good!!

I just finish The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein. Enzo, a dog, reflects on his life story with his human family. You will laugh, you will cry and be angry at times, but you will learn a lot about life. You will wonder what your own dog/s wish they could say. I’m reading The Encouragement Letters by Shanna Spence now, and have others in progress.
